I would have broken a dozen cameras of few times over with the kind of abuse and weather I put it through. But it is certainly not a "high-end" model and is pretty limited in what it can do.

Dorothea ... that's basically from the top of Thunder Mountain, looking north. The buildings you can see is the front part of the Mendenhall Valley ... where the Mendenhall Mall and Safeway are.

Thank you all for the nice comments.Jill Homerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02983065990450931943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-48453632508992182062008-09-09T15:43:00.000-06:002008-09-09T15:43:00.000-06:00Fan-frickin-tastic! I got the non-hardened Olympus Stylus because I wanted the 5x zoom. My 5 y.o. dropped it and it broke. Even before that the lens cover had broken in my pocket. Are you still using the hardened Olympus? Maybe I should get it so I don't have to worry about breaking another one.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-47423729100540378572008-09-09T12:00:00.000-06:002008-09-09T12:00:00.000-06:00Is anyone concerned about Jill's safety? It's your expression and that's your right.

I absolutely love reading your blog and admiring your photos and will continue to do so.

I guess I just have a very strong sense of what is right and wrong or appropriate or not. Far too many people getting bent out of shape over this election.

Right or wrong, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
