I was also miles away from any grocery store/restaurant when I turned my back for something and the ravens got my bread. All of it....flying away and dropping across the forest. I was SO hungry. No dinner for me. Or breakfast. A tired bike ride back to civilisation followed.Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01150418063632737685noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-61149545736277625502010-05-08T13:38:35.292-06:002010-05-08T13:38:35.292-06:00Thank you for visiting Homer and posting about it....Thank you for visiting Homer and posting about it. Illiamna has a high peak with three smaller equal peaks to the right (viewed from Homer) called the three sisters. I think Redoubt is on the Anchorage side of Illiamna and is a larger solitary mountain. It may look different since the last eruption. Great post and pics. It's an easy place to like!Stannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-91972603937619201982010-05-07T07:02:27.079-06:002010-05-07T07:02:27.079-06:00Great post Jill.
