At any rate, the corridor trails are getting a bit too crowded for me to handle. Glad people are out there, but I wouldn't have handled the Ribbon Falls scene as well as you did.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11166776565191771729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-71747509717358351612018-10-06T09:56:45.298-06:002018-10-06T09:56:45.298-06:00I did do a lot of hiking and driving in Europe, so...I did do a lot of hiking and driving in Europe, so I'm well-conditioned for long walks with lots of climbing followed by sitting in a car. But I'm currently in a state where my legs are stronger than my lungs, which is always so frustrating. I'd rather be sore. Couldn't walk...couldn't even get out of the car. Just kinda rolled out on the pavement and pulled ourselves up using the doors. To drive all the way to S. Lake after a rim to rim, are you kidding me? We're still doing it too, although it's become more of a every-other-year-or-so event. jtjthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12198986514692684320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18615538.post-18119015747106298432018-10-05T05:42:18.659-06:002018-10-05T05:42:18.659-06:00Well, it sux to be you Jill! ;) "it was satis...Well, it sux to be you Jill! ;) "it was satisfying to hike in three states, over high mountains and through deep canyons, in the span of fewer than five days".
